Based on BIM, public cloud and mobile internet, a cloud platform for the task supervision on the site construction of foundation pit support was set up. It provided the following functions:Firstly, after reading, modifing and design-developing the model of foundation pit design, BIM model of foundation pit construction could be created. Secondly, if the BIM model is uploaded to the cloud, the construction manager can issure assignments to the construction team on the basis of the BIM model. Thirdly, using the mobile client, the construction team leader can accept the tasks, view the design data, and upload the realtime information, including kinds of data, photoes, videos and so on. Fourth, the supervisor can do the realtime supervision of the construction site
