摘要:结合武汉杨泗港长江大桥北锚碇超深基坑支护结构工程实例,介绍了该工程场区的地质条件、支护形式及施工工序,通过三维有限元分析软件MIDASGTSNX建立计算模型,考虑土和支护结构的相互作用,对其开挖与支护进行了数值模拟分析,并结合现场的监测数据进行对比分析,得出了不同开挖阶段的支护结构的变性特点和受力特征。研究结果表明:理论计算结果和现场监测数据的变化规律基本吻合,在深基坑施工过程中要重点控制开挖引起的地面过大变形和监测支护结构的内力。
Abstract: This paper introduces the geological conditions, supporting form and construction process of the engineering site of the support structure engineering for super-deep foundation pit of North Anchorage in Wuhan Yangsigang Yangzi River Bridge. The calculation model is established by using the 3D finite element analysis software, MIDAS GTS NX, with the interaction forces of soil and support structures considered. The numerical simulation of the excavation and support of the soil is carried out. Combined with the monitoring data of the field, the degeneration characteristics and the stress characteristics of the supporting structure in different excavation stages are obtained. The results show that the calculation results are in good agreement with the variation trend of the field monitoring data in the process of deep foundation pit construction, and that extra attentions should be paid on the control of the excessive deformation of the ground caused by excavation and the internal force of the supporting structure.
