摘要:人类的进步伴随着技术及文明的进步, 人类的发展史是文明进步的历史。回顾历史是为了展望未来, 只有充分了解了未来的发展趋势, 才能顺应趋势有所作为。本文是通过回顾人类发展史及建筑发展历史, 探讨未来建筑的形态与特征, 研究信息时代互联网新技术对建筑的影响与作用, 探索智慧建筑的发展技术路线。
Abstract: The progress of the mankind is accompanied by the advancement of technologies and civilizations, and the history of the mankind is the history of civilization advancement. Looking back into the past is for looking forwarding to the future. It is only by fully understanding the development trend of the future can we make a difference accordingly. With a review of the development histories of the mankind and the buildings, this article analyzes the forms and features of future buildings, studies the influences and impacts of the new Internet technologies on buildings in this information era, and explores the technical roadmap for the development of smart buildings.
