摘要:近年来,BIM技术在项目策划、实施、运维等全生命期中的应用越来越广泛,同时也存在设计企业提交的BIM模型质量层次不齐,无法最大限度地发挥BIM模型的作用。本文基于BIM设计模型创造性地提出了BIM模型云审查校审流程,实现BIM模型线上的全专业自动审查,提高设计企业BIM设计效率和设计质量,降低设计成本和主管部门的审查成本。本文阐述了BIM云审查平台的审查机制及其应用方法,实现设计端设计完成即审查的云审查校审模式。本文探索性地提出了提高BIM模型质量、BIM设计效率的方法,为业内提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, BIM technology has been widely implemented in the whole project life cycle(planning design, construction, and maintenance). Meanwhile, the problem is, the quality of BIM models submitted by design companies is not within the same standard, which cannot show the capabilities of BIM models. The innovation of this paper is, it proposes a workflow to inspect BIM model, which can automatically review the fully integrated BIM model online. It helps design company to improve the quality of BIM model and to reduce the inspection costs. This paper introduces the mechanism and application method of BIM cloud review platform. This platform enables prompt model review once design is completed. This paper proposes methods to improve the quality of BIM model and the efficiency of BIM design, which provides reference for the industry.
