摘要:近年来在国家政策指导下，多个城市开展BIM技术作为建设工程规划报审、施工图审查的系统研发和推广使用工作，为研究施工图BIM智能审查系统在实际案例中的应用情况，本文对南京市首批申报并通过BIM图审的项目进行了研究，针对该案例的BIM报审至通过的各项工作，研究了项目报审准备、工作流程与BIM审查意见主要报错条文及其修改情况，为后续建设项目应用BIM智能图审提供宝贵经验。

Abstract: In recent years, under the guidance of national policy, many cities are promoting BIM technologies for planning review and project inspection. In order to understand the practical situation in real scenarios, this paper has conduct case studies by using those inspected BIM projects in Nanjing. The case studies are including BIM review preparation, workflow, main error-reporting provisions, and project modification. This paper analyzes and explores the practical application value of BIM technology in the three-dimensional examination project of construction drawings, and provides valuable experience for the application of BIM intelligent map review in subsequent construction projects.
