摘要:预制混凝土框架结构是指全部或部分框架梁、柱采用预制构件构建成的混凝土结构。本文研究预制混凝土框架结构的参数化建模,利用已有的平法施工图,提取构件的几何和配筋数据,建立包含构件配筋数据的三维参数化模型;基于PSO(粒子群优化算法)和GA(遗传算法)编写代码求解,实现梁柱节点区域钢筋自动排布。测试结果表明GA能够大幅提高钢筋自动排布的效率。
Abstract: Prefabricated concrete frame structure refers to a concrete structure constructed entirely or partially using prefabricated components for frame beams and columns. This article studies the parametric modeling of prefabricated concrete frame structures. Using existing flat construction drawings, the geometric and reinforcement data of the components are extracted, and a three-dimensional parametric model containing the reinforcement data of the components is established. The code based on PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) and GA (Genetic Algorithm) is written to solve and achieve automatic arrangement of steel bars in the beam column node area. The test results show that GA can significantly improve the efficiency of automatic steel bar layout.
