摘要:目前我国建筑业迫切需要向工业化、信息化、智能化转型发展,而装配式建筑和BIM技术一体化人才的严重匮乏已经成为行业发展的瓶颈。针对现有装配式建筑理论教学和实践教学的不足,结合以学习成果为导向的OBE教育理念和行业需求,构建了设计、生产、施工一体化的装配式建筑BIM实践教学目标,采用CDIO工程教育模式和案例驱动法,建立了装配式建筑BIM一体化实践教学框架。通过教学案例分析和学生反馈证明:该实践教学体系可有效地弥补装配式建筑理论教学的不足,显著提高学生运用BIM技术解决装配式建筑设计、生产、施工一体化的综合能力。
Abstract: At present, China′s construction industry urgently needs to be developed into industrialization, informatization, and intelligentization. But the serious shortage of integrated talents for pre-cast building and BIM technology has become a bottleneck. In view of the existing shortage for the theory teaching and practice teaching, practice teaching goals of design, production and construction in pre-cast building BIM application were being proposed through the combination of OBE concept and industry demands. By using CDIO engineering education mode and case driven method, practice teaching framework of assembly building integrated BIM technology is being established. Through teaching case analysis and students′feedback, it proves that this practice system can effectively fill the gaps in pre-cast building theory teaching, and significantly improve students′ comprehensive ability to use BIM technology to solve the issues in pre-cast building design, production and construction.
