Research on Quality Information Model of Decoration Based on Revit

The rise of BIM technology based on informatization theory provides a new idea for solving the quality problems in architectural decoration. In this paper, the concept of D-QIM is being proposed. By analyzing the current situation of building decoration quality control and according to the criteria of quality control along the project(before, during, and after), three basic information models are being developed, which are namely quality demand information model, monitoring information model and acceptance information model are being designed. Taking Revit as the platform, combined with secondary development technology and database technology, the functional requirements and implementation algorithms of each basic information model are being analyzed. The application process of D-QIM is being described, and the operability of D-QIM in decoration quality control is being verified by an real scenario.
