摘要:建筑信息化发展越来越迅速, BIM技术在工程中的应用也越来越普及。当前环境下, 如何很好地利用BIM技术助力工程的建设与建筑业的发展, 值得我们去探索。本文以兰州鸿运金茂项目为载体, 介绍了BIM技术在该项目实施的流程和信息的协同, 阐述了在深化管理方面的应用, 包括设计之初的优化、各专业的协同以及根据现场实际需求的深化, 概述了在质量管理、安全管理、资料管理, 技术管理等方面的应用, 如何去辅助各项工作的开展, 如何开展总承包管理及保证最终交付的完整性可靠性。同时, 将低位顶升模架体系的设计与施工利用BIM有效地结合起来, 有效地加强了新技术的推广与应用。通过BIM技术在兰州鸿运金茂综合的应用介绍与总结, 希望能对其他项目的应用有所借鉴。
Abstract: With the rapid development of informatization, the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in engineering has become increasingly popular. Under the current environment, how to make a good use of BIM technology in engineering construction and the development of the construction industry is worthy of our exploration. This article takes Lanzhou Hongyun Jinmao Project as a carrier and introduces the process of implementation of BIM technology and its collaborative information during the project. It introduces the application of BIM technology in deepening management, including optimization of the initial design, the cooperation of each profession and the deepening according to the actual situation. It also introduces the application of BIM technology in quality management, security management, data management, and technology management, including how to assist the development of each aspect of the work, and how to carry out the general contracting management and ensure the integrity and reliability of the final delivery. Meanwhile, by using BIM technology to combine design and construction of rack system in Low-position Jacking Formwork System effectively, the project strengthens the promotion and application of new technologies perfectly. Through the comprehensive introduction of the application of BIM technology and summary of Lanzhou Hongyun Jinmao, we hope it could provide some references for the application of other projects.
