摘要:本文介绍了BIM技术应用的趋势和普遍应用点，揭示了BIM在蓬勃发展背后容易被忽视的七大风险，并结合实际工程经验提出了应对风险的解决方案，为其他项目在施工阶段BIM技术的应用实践提供借鉴。
Abstract: This article introduces the trend of BIM technology and common points of application, reveals the seven neglected major risks behind the booming of BIM. Combining with practical engineering experience, it proposes solutions to deal with risks, which provides a reference for the BIM application in the construction stage.
