摘要:目前大型桥梁项目在建设过程中给项目管理带来严峻的挑战,本文以武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥为背景,分析了大桥的管理难点,并针对大桥的相关特点提出了鹦鹉洲大桥项目总控信息系统的建设目标。文章最后论述了鹦鹉洲大桥项目管理信息系统的结构和功能以及在工程中的应用。
Abstract: Nowdays, the construction of Large Bridge brings serious challenge to Project Management.This paper analyzed the challenge of managing a Large Bridge construction project basis the Project of Ying-wu-zhou Bridge, and put forth the targets of building the Controlling Information System of the Ying-wu-zhou Bridge Project in allusion to the characteristics of the project.The ending of the paper elaborated on the structure, function and application in the Ying-wu-zhou Bridge Project of the Controlling Information System.
