摘要:BIM的核心思想在于数据共享、协同设计、模拟建造和辅助施工，本文分析了BIM概念、实现基础和最新的BIM软件族，并通过项目的结构设计、详图设计、外檐分格和模型建立、综合管线设计等详细介绍了其在天津东疆保税港区国际商品展销中心大型商业综合体中的全方位应用。
Abstract: The core idea of BIM is data sharing, collaborative design, simulation of building and construction auxiliary.This paper analyzes the BIM concept and its implementation basis and the latest BIM software group, and introduces its all-round application in the Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port International Commodity Exhibition Cente large integrated commercial body amply through the project structure design, detail design, lattice of outer eaves and it's model building, comprehensive pipeline design and so on.
