摘要:为促进建筑运维管理在语义网上的实现,建立了基于BIM和本体技术的智能应用框架;结合DogOnt本体建立了建筑运维管理本体;提出了BIM数据提取方法及个体、规则的创建方法;采用Revit API、OWL API和SWRL API技术实现了框架程序。利用一个实际项目验证了框架、方法和程序的有效性。对推进BIM、本体和语义网技术的发展以及建筑运维的网络化、智能化管理具有重要意义。
