摘要:目前管片的生产在车间中, 通常用笔记簿记录工厂管理和质量监控信息, 例如生产数量、库存数量、材料数量和质量监控信息等等; 数据并没有为了控制过程的需要录入电脑, 直到返回办公室之后才由纸质记录录入电脑。此外, 由于管片在生产堆放运输过程中存在信息获取、数据再录入、管片跟踪、交付延迟或错误等方面的一些问题, 导致劳动力和原材料成本的浪费。二维码是一种很有前景的技术, 可有效地用于管片堆放和运输数据的采集及查看。目前, RFID技术已有不少研究成果, 但在实际应用中遇到很多问题, 无法在管片生产中进行大规模推广。为此本文经过二维码试验研究, 提出了基于二维码技术的管片生产管理系统。
Abstract: Currently, in segment production plants factory, management and quality monitoring information is usually recorded with notebook in the workshop, including the number of production, inventory stock number, material quantity and quality monitoring information.Data are not typed into the computer until back to the office.Furthermore, during production, storage and transportation, there are problems like access to information, data re-entry, tracking, delivery delay and errors, resulting in a waste of labor and raw materials costs.2D barcode is a promising technology that can be effectively used for data collection and viewing during stacking and transportation.Currently, RFID technology has achieved a lot of research fruits, but meanwhile encountered many problems in practical ap. plications, and as a result, it can't realize large-scale promotion in the segment production.This paper studies tested two-dimensional code and proposes segment production management system based on two-dimensional code technology.
