基于遗传算法的PC构件工厂排产研究

Research on Production Scheduling of PC Component Factory Based on Genetic Algorithm

  • 摘要: 装配式建筑的规模和数量不断扩大,要求构件种类和数量大幅增加。但是,当前构件的批量生产标准化程度低,数字化管理水平不高等导致构件生产效率低难以达到预期生产能力。本文针对PC构件工厂产能目标,结合工厂生产线的实际情况,分析构件排产过程,构建排产优化的数学模型提出一种改进的遗传算法。实验表明,本文提出的算法能提高构件的生产效率和产能。

     

    Abstract: The scale and number of prefabricated buildings are constantly expanding, and the type and number of components are required to increase greatly. However, the current component mass production standardization level is low, digital management level is not high, resulting in component production efficiency low and difficult to achieve the expected production capacity. In this paper, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed for the production scheduling optimization of PC component plant based on the actual situation of production line and the analysis of component scheduling process.
