摘要:BIM(建筑信息模型)技术号称建筑业的第二次革命,自出现起即引起工程领域翻天覆地的变革。高校作为人才输出的重要基地,对技术研究和教育应有足够的前瞻性,而现有技术人才无法满足BIM发展与进一步推广的需求。本文从高校BIM人才培养现状入手,分析土建类BIM人才培养中存在问题,并针对人才培养能力需求提出具体措施,为BIM技术人才培养提供参考。
Abstract: As the second revolution of construction, Building Information Model(BIM)has caused great changes in engineering since it appeared.As an important base for training talents, universities should have prospective study of technical research and education while the existing BIM professionals are unable to meet the needs of the further development and promotion of BIM.Introduced with the current situation of BIM talent training and problems are analyzed, the article put forward specific measures which will provide reference for BIM traning talents.
