摘要:城市轨道交通线网规模和客运量的日益增加对城市轨道交通运营的安全风险管理要求越来越高,安全风险自动监测报警是城市轨道交通系统安全运营的重要保障。为防止城市轨道交通运营期间重大安全风险事件的发生,利用区块链链式结构、哈希算法以及分布式特点,建立满足现代化应急管理需求的基于区块链技术的城市轨道交通运营安全风险自动监测报警系统。系统建立了城市轨道交通运营安全风险数据库,通过哈希算法对安全风险数据进行转换;采用模糊LC综合评价法设置自动报警阈值;建立基于Ansible、Zabbix、MySQL、Elasticsearch和Grafana的区块链自动监测报警系统,并制定自动报警处理机制。
Abstract: The increasing scale of urban rail transit line network and passenger traffic have higher and higher requirements for urban rail transit operation safety risk management, and automatic safety risk monitoring and alarm is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the urban rail transit system. In order to prevent the occurrence of major safety risk events during the operation of urban rail transit, the blockchain chain structure, hash algorithm, and distributed characteristics are used to establish an automatic monitoring and alarm system for urban rail transit operation safety risk based on blockchain technology that meets the needs of modern emergency management. The urban rail transit operation safety risk database is established, and the safety risk data is converted by hash algorithm; the automatic alarm threshold is set by fuzzy LC comprehensive evaluation method; the blockchain automatic monitoring and alarm system based on Ansible, Zabbix, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Grafana is established, and the automatic alarm processing mechanism is developed.
