摘要:本文基于传统安全隐患排查工作,提出了以信息化技术为基础的隐患排查流程,建立了一套与隐患排查相适应的安全管理制度,结合BIM、人脸识别、人员定位、物联网等技术研发出一套有效解决地铁施工现场安全管理痛点的隐患排查管理体系,通过在广州地铁十一号线的推广试用,证实可有效杜绝隐患排查中的假排查、半闭环、责任不明确等问题,实现从现场管控为主到后台远程管控为主、粗放管控到精细管控等一系列转变。
Abstract: On the premise of in-depth study of traditional security hazard investigations, a process for the investigation of hidden dangers based on information technology has been proposed, and a set of safety management systems adapted to the investigation of hidden dangers have been established, combining BIM, face recognition, personnel positioning, and physical Networking and other technologies have developed a set of hidden danger investigation management system that effectively solves the pain points of safety management at subway construction sites. Through the promotion and trial on Guangzhou Metro Line 11, it has been proved that false investigations, semi-closed loops, and unclear responsibilities in the investigation of hidden dangers can be effectively eliminated. To achieve a series of changes from on-site management and control to back-end remote management and control, and to extensive management and control to fine management and control.
