摘要:基于BLM理念实现房屋内部设施的信息化是城市建筑精细化管理的重要部分,是数字城市发展的必然趋势。本文首先分析房屋设施管理的数据资源,结合BLM相关理论和技术,设计房屋设施数据管理体系,在此基础上进行数据库建设和应用系统开发。将BLM理念和BIM技术应用于房屋设施数据的组织和管理,是建筑领域先进理念和技术在房屋建筑二维层面上的实现。
Abstract: Realizing building internal facilities informatization based on the concept of BLM is an important part of the city building fine management, which is the inevitable trend of the development of digital city. This paper firstly analyzes housing facilities management data resources, then combines related theory and technology of BLM, designs house facilities data management system, constructs the database and developing the application system. The organization and management of building facilities data, which based BIM concept and technique is the 2D realization of constraction advanced idea and technology.
