摘要:本文主要阐述了建筑信息模型的特点以及建筑信息化咨询服务中运用三维信息化设计工具在实际工程项目中的应用带来的价值，并介绍了运用三维信息化工具对于计算机辅助建筑设计的意义。
Abstract: This article mainly explains the features of the Building Information Modeling & the value brought by the application of 3D information design tool in real projects in architecture information service, and it also introduces the significance of application of 3D information design tool to computer-aided architectural design.
