摘要:随着BIM技术的推广和相关政策的制定,BIM已经迅速应用在了建筑工程生命周期的各个阶段。本文对BIM技术应用于竣工规划验收阶段进行探讨研究,利用模型的配置和通过软件进行模型比对提高规划验收的效率和准确率。本文提出一种新的规划验收模式并对这种验收模式的优缺点进行阐述。另外,本文对将BIM技术应用于其他验收进行展望。
Abstract: The BIM technology has been rapidly applied to all stages of the construction engineering with its strengthened promotion and the formulation of relevant policies. This paper discusses and studies the application of BIM technology in the acceptance stage of completion planning, in which the model configuration and model comparison through software are both treated as means of improving the efficiency and accuracy of planning acceptance. A new planning acceptance model is proposed in this paper, and its advantages and disadvantages are both described. Additionally, the paper prospects the application of BIM technology to other acceptance.
