摘要:BIM技术作为一种新兴的项目管理工具正逐渐被工程界人士认识与应用, 它的全面推广必将给工程建设带来一次全新的变革。本文通过BIM技术在长江传媒大厦工程中的应用目标、实施部署、全方位应用(包括模型三维浏览、工程量统计、三维施工场布、4D进度管理、方案模拟、机电碰撞检查、钢构深化以及三个管理平台的应用等)以及应用成果和体会等方面阐述了BIM技术在项目实施过程中的价值以及未来的应用方向。

Abstract: As a new project management tool, BIM technology is gradually recognized and applied by engineers.Its comprehensive promotion will bring a new revolution to the engineering construction.Through the application of BIM technology in the target, the Changjiang Media building in engineering implementation, a full range of application (includingthe model of 3D browsing, statistics of engineering quantities, three-dimensional construction field cloth, 4D schedule management, scheme simulation, mechanical and electrical collision check, steel structure deepening and three management platform application) and the application of the results and experience, this paper analyzes the value of BIM technology in the process of project implementation and application in the future.
