基于BIM的建筑运维技术与应用综述

Review on BIM-Based Facility Management Technologies and Their Applications

  • 摘要: 运维阶段占据了建筑生命周期90%以上的时间和80%以上的成本,因此,追求高效的运维管理方式具有重要的意义。本文论述了BIM在建筑运维中应用的优势,从技术和应用两个方面讨论分析了基于BIM的运维管理方法,并对当前面临的技术挑战进行了分析,展望了未来研究的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: For a whole life cycle of a building, the facility management (FM) period occupies over 90% of the time and over 80% of the overall construction costs. Thus, it is of great significance to pursue more efficient FM methods. The application of BIM technology in FM is able to improve its efficiency significantly, so many researches and applications have been launched in this field. This paper reviews the major works done investigating FM of buildings, and discusses development of FM mode for constructions. From both the perspectives of technology and application, the BIM-based FM methods of building engineering are analyzed. The paper also analyzes the new technical challenges and prospects the trend of future research.
