摘要:为了更合理地认识和应用BIM技术,引导BIM技术健康发展,业内亟待建立一个达成共识的评价认证机制。通过认证能够科学、公正地检验BIM成果,为BIM质量的检测提供可靠的判断依据,并通过此依据对项目应用BIM技术是否规范进行评价。本文研究了国内外主流的一些BIM认证方法,介绍了各类方法的评价模式以及评价范围,分析总结了各类认证方法的适用场景,为业内进行BIM认证评价提供了参考,同时也为全行业形成统一、全面的BIM评价认证机制提供了理论依据。
Abstract: In order to have a more reasonable understanding and application of BIM technology application and to have a guidance of healthy BIM technology development, a consensus evaluation and certification mechanism is urgently needed in the industry. Through certification, BIM results can be scientifically and fairly tested, and BIM quality testing can be provided reliably. The judgement basis of the project, and through this judgement basis, whether the project application BIM technology is standardized or not is evaluated. This article studies some mainstream BIM certification methods at home and abroad, and introduces the evaluation mode and scope of various methods, and finally analyzes and summarizes the applicable scenarios of various certification methods. It provides a reference for the industry′s need to conduct BIM certification evaluation, and at the same time provides a theoretical basis for the formation of a unified and comprehensive BIM evaluation and certification mechanism for the entire industry.
