北京新机场旅客航站楼及综合换乘中心(指廊)工程BIM应用

BIM Application in Construction of Passenger Terminal Building and Integrated Transfer Center Project of Beijing's New International Airport

  • 摘要: BIM技术在建筑行业已经得到了广泛应用,正在助力建筑行业走向一个新的高度。针对北京新机场指廊工程建设中工程体量大、施工分散、钢屋面造型复杂、装饰板造型繁杂等难点,本文介绍了利用BIM技术在工程建设的场地布置、指导施工、管线排布优化、进度管理、安全防护,助力打造“精品工程、样板工程、平安工程、廉洁工程”等方面的应用。有效地节约了成本,缩短了工期,保证了项目顺利进行,提高了项目的管理水平,也为BIM在相似工程中的应用和拓展提供了一定参考和借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry and is helping the construction industry to develop to a new stage. In view of the many difficulties in the project of Beijing New Airport, including large scale, scattered construction, complicated steel roofing and complicated decorative panel, this paper mainly introduces the BIM application in the engineering construction progress in areas of site layout, construction guidance, pipeline layout optimization, progress management, and safety protection, which helps to establish "high-quality projects, model projects, safety projects, clean and honest projects". The BIM application has effectively saved the cost, shortened the construction period, guaranteed the smooth progress of the project, and improved the management level of the project, which provides some reference and reference for the application and expansion of BIM in similar projects.
