摘要:预制加工技术是机电安装行业提倡的一种先进安装模式, 作为衡量一个机电施工企业先进程度的重要指标, 逐渐受到各施工企业的青睐。采用BIM技术与风管预制加工生产线相结合的方式进行风管工程建设, 提高了预制加工图的精度和制作效率, 加深了风管预制加工的工厂化程度, 从而进一步提升了风管预制加工的安装质量、缩短了工期、节约了成本, 提高了施工企业的技术和管理水平, 为预制加工技术的发展提供了一个全新的方向。
Abstract: Prefabrication technology is an advanced installation model which is advocated in mechanical-electrical industry. As an important measure of the mechanical-electrical construction enterprises′ advanced level, it becomes more and more popular in construction industry. Adopting the technology which combined BIM with production line of air duct prefabrication for air duct building project can improve the precision and production efficiency of prefabrication figure. It can also deepen the procession of air duct prefabrication. As a result of adopting this technology, we can further improve the installation quality of air duct prefabrication, shortenting work period and saving costs. This technology improves the management level of construction enterprise, and providing a new direction for the development of prefabrication.
