摘要:深基坑施工涉及专业多、施工复杂、危险较大、综合性强,在施工安全质量管理、进度管理、先进性技术应用等方面也提出了更高的要求。本文通过深基坑施工与BIM技术相结合,进行BIM技术服务平台创新性功能研发应用,实现基于BIM的设计优化、工程量统计、三维交底、施工模拟、地质研判、桩基验收及基坑监测等应用,辅助基坑施工安全、质量和进度管理。
Abstract: Foundation pit construction consists multiple disciplines, complex construction, and high risks, which is very comprehensive. Based on these aspects, foundation pit construction raised much higher requirements in safety, quality, and schedule management. It also has high requirement in advanced technology application. With the combination of deep foundation pit construction and BIM technology, this paper conducts the research and application of innovative functions regarding to BIM service platform. As results, based on BIM, the quality of design optimization, project quantification, 3D delivery, construction simulation, geological survey, pile acceptance, and pit monitoring can be improved, which can assist construction safety, quality and schedule control.
