摘要:围绕广州国际金融中心(广州西塔)项目总承包管理, 系统分析联合体总承包管理模式下超大型工程管理的特点, 通过信息化管理技术研发形成了一整套项目管理信息系统并加以成功运用, 实现了超大型工程联合总承包管理的过程可视化、工作协同化、管理精细化、信息共享化、决策科学化。在国内相关领域处于领先水平, 对联合体总承包管理模式下超大型工程的项目管理信息化建设具有十分重要的借鉴和指导意义。
Abstract: The paper conducts a case study of joint venture general contractor project management information system for international financial center in Guangzhou(Guangzhou West Tower).The author systematically analysis the management characters of super-large engineering, and a project management information system absorbing the latest information technology is developed and successfully used in Guangzhou West Tower project, so management process visualization, computer supported cooperative work, fine management, information sharing and decision supporting are realized.The study provides a domestic leading case, which is an important reference and guide for joint venture general contractor project management information system of super-large engineering.
