摘要:近年来在国家和地方政府部门大力推进BIM技术在工程中应用的背景下，许多企业开始关注与探索BIM，并已在企业内部推广与应用。笔者结合十年的BIM应用与实施经验，分析了通过虚拟化技术解决目前BIM应用对本地硬件配置的依赖性，以及应用虚拟化技术相对于传统IT构架下BIM工作方式体现的优势。

Abstract: In recent years, the application of BIM technology in the construction process has been vigorously promoted by both national and local governments. In this context, many companies begin to emphasize and explore this technology. Some of them have already widely applied BIM in their work.
