摘要:国内房地产宏观调控的力度不断加大使得开发商们开始调整优化企业资产结构,加大持有物业的比例。本文结合当前房地产企业的发展形势,对把握持有型物业现代运营管理的核心内容进行了阐述,并在此基础上对持有型物业运营管理的信息化建设进行了分析,主要从BIM-FM团队的组建、运营战略的规划以及BIM应用环境的构建三个方面进行详述。
Abstract: The large intensity of macroeconomic regulation and control of the domestic real estate urges developers to adjust and optimize the structure of corporate assets, thus result in the increasing proportion of holding-type properties. Combined with the current situation of the development of the real estate business, this paper describes the core contents of the facility management of holding-type properties and analyzes the information construction process based on these knowledge identified. Three aspects are detailed concluding the organization of BIM-FM management team, the planning of operation strategies and the construction of BIM application environment.
