摘要:结合国内BIM和设施管理发展的现状,利用SWOT分析法探索和研究基于BIM模型的设施管理,并对最终实现BIM技术为设施管理服务提出建议。
Abstract: Based on the current situation of the domestic BIM technology and facility management, the article explores and studies facility management based on BIM model through SWOT analysis. It puts forward proposals for facility management services.
