摘要:上海市徐家汇体育公园“两馆一建”项目是改建与新建同时进行的公共体育项目用房，项目初建年代较早，图纸存在三个版本，对于BIM技术的应用实施是一次高难度的挑战。本项目将BIM作为工程项目管理和技术手段，包括协同设计、管线综合优化、深化设计、施工组织、进度管理和质量监控等，保证了项目的成功实施，提高了工程建设质量和项目综合管理水平。本文介绍了BIM技术在改建与新建交错施工项目中施工与管理方面的应用以及与三维扫描技术的结合。
