Abstract: The concept of " Internet + " has been widely accepted and all kinds of urban issues have become increasingly serious. "Smart city" provides an innovative idea for solving the problems encountered in the process of urbanization. In this process, the using of IT technology to collect data of urban construction so as to realize the construction of a smart city and service-oriented government is worthy of discussion. Therefore, based on the concept of smart city and BIM, this paper discusses the government supervision mode of construction management.
