摘要:南京青奥会议中心形似一艘太空船, 外形奇特, 结构复杂, 同时也是目前国内最大的GRC工程。本项目建筑施工全过程应用BIM, 解决了异形钢结构制作安装, 以及双曲面GRG、GRC设计施工等众多领域难题。本文以项目管理为核心, 详细介绍了BIM技术在项目建造全生命周期过程中的特点及应用过程。
Abstract: The Nanjing Youth Olympic Conference Center has a peculiar shape like a spaceship, and the structure is complex. It is also the largest GRC project in China. BIM is applied throughout the whole process of construction and solves such problems as the production and installation of special-shaped steel structure, the hyperbolic GRG, and GRC design and construction. Based on project management, this article introduces the characteristics and application process of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the project.
