摘要:近年来盾构法在地铁区间施工中的应用越来越多,结合日益普及的BIM技术,产生了通过Revit平台进行区间管片三维排版的需求。盾构区间由连续的管片环组成,通过三维设计轴线的坐标解算可以确定管片环的空间位置,但由于轴线设计时平面参数和纵断面参数是分开的,导致设计轴线某一点在空间中的位置难以确定,所以对区间轴线平纵线型的拟合计算是实现管片三维排版的关键。本文通过设计轴线的分段拟合处理,结合RevitAPI的运算规则,提出了管片环坐标、方位角和旋转角等参数的计算方法,并根据真实项目设计参数进行了建模验证,实现Revit平台下的管片排版需求。
Abstract: In recent years, shield method has been increasingly applied in subway section construction. Combined with the increasingly popular BIM technology, there is a demand for 3D layout of section segments through Revit platform. The shield interval is composed of continuous segment rings. The spatial position of segment rings can be determined through the coordinate solution of three-dimensional design axis. However, due to the separation of plane parameters and vertical section parameters in axis design, it is difficult to determine the position of a point of design axis in space. Therefore, the fitting calculation of horizontal and vertical line of interval axis is the key to realize segment three-dimensional layout. Through the piecewise fitting of the design axis and combined with the operation rules of Revit API, this paper comes up with the calculation method of segment ring coordinates, azimuth and rotation angle, and carries out modeling verification according to the design parameters of the real project, which achieves the segment typesetting requirements under the Revit platform.
