摘要:本文运用扎根理论对建筑设计项目应用BIM技术的风险进行识别,并构建了建筑设计项目应用BIM技术的风险因素指标体系(共包括21个风险因素指标),运用层次分析法对其进行评价, 得出风险因素指标的排序。运用ISM法对层次分析法得到的排名前十的风险因素指标进行分析得到了技术适应性差和企业变革驱动力不足两个风险根源,且二者之间无相互影响。
Abstract: This article used grounded theory to identify the risk of the application of BIM technology in architectural design project, and built the index system of the application of BIM technology in architectural design project risk factors (including a total of 21 risk factors indicators), employed the AHP to evaluate, sorted the risk factor index. Use of ISM analysis of indicators of the AHP to get the top ten risk factors, the technique of using difference and enterprise transformation driving force less than two causes of the risk, and no interaction between the two.
