摘要:BIM(建筑信息模型)技术与设施管理(FM)理念结合，以BIM + FM项目管理云平台为载体在企业总部建设项目设计、施工、运维全过程应用，能够让业主充分享受BIM成果，体现BIM在项目全生命周期应用和数字化交付方面的价值。
Abstract: Integrating BIM(building information model) technology with facilities management(FM) concept, this article uses BIM + FM project management cloud platform as a carrier in the whole process of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the enterprise headquarters construction project, which enables the owners to fully enjoy the accomplishments of BIM and reflects the role of BIM in project life cycle application and digital delivery.
