摘要:建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling)是以建筑工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型的基础,进行建筑模型的建立,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。BIM不是简单的将数字信息进行集成,而是一种数字信息的应用,并可以用于设计、建造、管理的数字化方法。通过对建筑工程信息的集成管理,提高工程管理效率、大量减少风险。
Abstract: Building Information Modeling is a construction project model that is based on various relevant information, including architecture model and the real information of building which is simulated through the architecture model.BIM is not a simple digital information integration, but an application of digital information, and digital method a can that be used in design, construction and management.It can improve the efficiency of project management and reduce risk through the integrated management of construction engineering information.
