摘要:在目前BIM技术有了一定范围和程度应用的前提下，研究和实践未来BIM在我国的可能发展战略和模式将对快速实现BIM技术在工程建设行业的价值最大化具有重要意义。
Abstract: Under the situation of BIM adoption in a kind of breadth and depth in China, studying and trying future BIM development strategy and model would be very important for AEC industry to maximize BIM value.
