摘要:本研究以设备复杂的医院为载体,探索研究BIM技术在智能化运维检修中的应用。通过构建基于BIM和大数据的智慧运维管理平台,引入故障树分析(FTA)与贝叶斯概率模型的机器学习方法,以预测故障设备和故障概率,并能第一时间发出报警信号,提供快速回应的决策依据。在移动端中引入混合现实(MR)技术,对故障设备快速定位,提供基于故障概率的检修排序。
Abstract: This study focus on the application of BIM in intelligent operation and maintenance and uses a hospital as case study.An intelligent building operation and maintenance system is developed based on the BIM and big data. By using the mechanized learning method like fault tree analysis and bayesian probability, the system is able to predict the broken equipment and the fault rate of each element, and meanwhile, to send alerts at the first time for the evidence of quick decisions.In the apps on the mobile ends, the mixed reality technology is introduced for a quickly locating of the fault equipments, which provides troubleshooting ordering based on probability of failure.
