2019,11(3):1-10. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.03.01
In recent years, the BIM technology is under promotion in domestic construction industry of China, with many construction enterprises and architectural design enterprises formulated their own enterprise-level BIM technology development plans. All these plans will inevitably involve BIM demonstration projects. The authors of this paper has participated in the management of five batches of BIM demonstration projects in CSCEC in the past five years. In this paper, experiences are summed up concerning all the processes of BIM demonstration projects in construction enterprises including top-level planning, project declaration, process control, and acceptance and promotion. This paper also answers some questions like how should the management department of BIM demonstration projects guide BIM demonstration projects to apply BIM technology, as well as how to improve BIM application by promoting these demonstration projects. All these experiences can provide references for related enterprises that are carrying out BIM demonstration project management.

Comparisons Between the Old and New Design Codes for RC Frame Structure Analysis and Reinforcement Design
Dong Likun, Li Yungui
2012,4(3):1-7.
New national codes including Code for seismic design of buildings, Code for design of concrete structures and Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building have been published in 2010. A lot of items have been revised base on latest achievements of scientific research and earthquake damage research. How these changes affect structure index and the area of steel reinforcement become the main concern to structural designers. In this paper, a frame structure is analyzed and designed by the new SATWE program and the old one, analyzed and designed results such as overall indexes and the area of steel reinforcement are listed and compared and the following conclusions can be drawn: the beam moment of inertia magnify method, calculation of torsional displacement ratio, considering stairs are the main factors contributing to the overall index difference; the use of high strength steel reinforcement, seismic design grade of structural members, modification of column internal force, calculation of shear capability and checking of serviceability limit states are the main factors contributing to the area of steel reinforcement. The conclusions can be a reference for designers.

Development of a Database Application System for Engineering Design Model
Liu Zhaoqiu, Li Yungui, Zhang Hanyi
2011,3(3):16-21.
The engineering design model based on IFC standard contains vast amount of data and complex non-graphic information, which often results in lower efficiency for designers to inquire and manage the data information. Through the analysis of the data integration mechanisms of IFC model and the mapping rules of EXPRESS data types, as well as the exchange technologies of IFC neutral files, the principles of standard data access interface and the data features of engineering design model, a database application system of engineering model, which based on the CFG Graphic platform of PKPM software, was designed and developed. A gymnasium project, which locates at Beijing, was used as the case study. The IFC format model of the gymnasium was read, and the main functions of the application system such as read, query, create, and two-dimensional display were applied respectively. The results show that the system can help designers to improve the daily maintenance and management operation of the IFC format data of engineering design model.

Research on the Numerical Simulation Methods for Building Structure Progressive Collapse
Wan Fulei, Zhang Yanru, Li Yungui
2013,5(3):20-24.
Progressive collapse of building structure which may lead to great damage usually occurs under the extreme events. Considering the nonlinear dynamic simulation of building progressive collapse, the difficulties of computational mechanics were studied. Then the advantages and disadvantages of normal numerical methods to simulate the process of building progressive collapse were compared. Finally, the particle element method was introduced.

IFC-Based Product Model Construction and Extension for Structural Engineering
Liu Zhaoqiu, Li Yungui, Lv Xilin
2009,1(1):47-53.
This paper presents a preliminary framework for structural information product model according to the information requirements at the structural design phase, and also, the confonnations of geometry information, load information and analysis result information are defined. In the paper, the models for georaetiy, load and analysis result IFC structural information are extended respectively in terms of EXPRESS-G diagram. The proposed results of this paper provide some technical supports for improving the IFC structural infonnation model and for efficient information exchange in the engineering design field.

The Simplified Calculation Method of Floor Bending Stiffness
Zhang Yanru, Li Yungui, Li Shougong
2013,5(1):45-53.
During the process of the structural analysis, the current amplitude, which only adjusts the beam moment while does not adjust the column internal forces, results in the unbalanced force in the beam-column joints, and does not consider the relation between the change of beam stiffness and the beam amplitude. This article explores one calculation method for the whole structure's amplitude, considering the stiffness change of the each beam. With the structure finite element analysis, the amplitude achieves the balance of beams, columns and joints internal force. Some representative examples of the results show that by reduction of beam end stiffness, the amplitude of frame could be done. When the reduction factor of beam end stiffness is equal to 0.4, the analysis result is consistent with the traditional amplitude coefficient of 0.85.

2013,5(5):34-39.
Construction industrialization is the very trend in the building industry of China. The deeply integration of informatization and industrialization is the inevitable course of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Based on this, from the perspective of supply chain optimization management, we integrated all the project members into a unified platform. On this unified platform, the core elements of key link work collaboratively is established on the basis of the BIMmodel. This platform is a digital lean construction platform to integrate virtual construction technology, internet of things technology, cloud services technology, remote monitoring technology and high-end aided engineering equipment. On the platform, the whole construction project is under the control of the supply chain management and achieve optimal project of business process, shortest cycle, lowest cost, minimum inventory, faster cash flow, enterprise value maximization.Based on the actual case, the achievements of the prefabricated digital lean build platform based on supply chain were showed, and the developments of the platform for the future were discussed.
