Application of BIM Technology in Schedule Management of Project
Fan Jun, Wang Jing
2019,11(6):66-69. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.06.10
The schedule management is one key point in the management of project. Practice experiences of engineering have proven that reasonable arrangement of construction schedule will directly result in the insurance of on-time delivery, good quality and lower costs, which is a decisive factor affecting the overall economic and social benefits of a project. With the emergence and development of BIM technology, the application of BIM will significantly improve the level of project management. Hence, the introduction of BIM technology into the schedule management will certainly improve the effect of schedule management in a project.

2011,3(2):26-32,36.
Combining with model-driven (MDA) technical characteristics and business process management (BPM) concepts, research and implementation of the system platform, which was used to meet the current needs of multi-participant project management for survey and design enterprises, was presented. Firstly, a system framework and implementation strategies based on BPM was proposed, which focuses on the XML-based model-driven implementation process and technical characteristics; Secondly, the software system of multi-participant project management for Survey and Design Enterprises has been accomplished, taking into account the actual needs of the project management; Finally, the core business modules and business characteristics of the system were described.

Research on and Framework Design of Informatized Green Construction Management Platform Aiming at Green Construction Evaluation
Ci Xiaole, Wang Jing, Dong Jianfeng, Liu Chen
2019,11(4):13-19. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.04.03
Nowadays, equipped with the more advanced BIM technologies, the whole construction industry should be more purposefulness in project management, adopting a reasonable technological path to achieve the clearly defined technical goals. Aiming at the informatized management on green construction in projects, and from the perspective of project management, this paper develops a BIM-based informatized green construction management platform integrating the new technologies of BIM, IoT, and etc., to meet the needs of green construction evaluation. The paper sorts out the overall functional framework of the platform and the specific functional modules. Through the application of the platform, a project is able to implement detailed and targeted green construction management according to the initial objectives of green construction established by the project, and to evaluate the achievements of green construction management, which will surely improve the overall level of green construction management.

Research on Mechanism of Multi-participant Project Management System Based on SOA
Shu Zhiqiang, Wen Junhao, Wang Jing
2010,2(2):6-11.
Traditional techniques EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) was difficult to meet the requirement of fast and effective integration of resources, collaboration or construction of business process. To deal with this problem, a mechanism of multi participant project management system based on SOA was presented. The analysis and design of the framework of multi participant project management system based on SOA were given, which focused on technology implementation of different service layers. Then taking into account the features of multi-participant project, an implementation mechanism of portal and rights management architecture was proposed.
