Abstract:
This paper presents a new model of the National Building Standard Design application which called design object oriented application of standard design by studding the feature and recombined the element of the Standard Design. We construct a platform of Standard Design Application Service in SAAS model to provide more fast and comprehensive service for engineers.

Abstract:
When reinforcing bars for concrete beam according to positive and negative moments, generally, the top and bottom longitudinal reinforcement are determined only by the most adverse effects of the positive and negative moments and the influence of compressive reinforcement is ignored in this calculation, because of not knowing the area of reinforcement which may be used as compressive bar. According to the analysis of this paper, when the reinforcement ratio is high, if not considering the beneficial effects of compressive reinforcement, the waste of materials will be caused. This paper presents a reinforcement design method which can reasonably consider the influence of compressive bar by simple comparison of moments, when not knowing the area of compressive reinforcement. This analysis can concluded that the results by the method in the paper can really achieve the purpose of saving material.

Abstract:
One of the research emphases of application and investigation of high strength steel are laid on stability of axial compressed member. After analyzing stability of high strength steel and limitations of design method for stability of high strength steel analyzed, combined with the function of stability analysis of large finite element analysis software ANSYS and model test, stability for axial compressed members of high strength steel are researched, and formulae which parameter includes yield strength of material and slenderness ratio of member is put forward for calculation stability coefficient of axial compressed member of high strength steel. Some important conclusions are arrived at. The research is significant for application and investigation of high strength steel in future.

The engineering design model based on IFC standard contains vast amount of data and complex non-graphic information, which often results in lower efficiency for designers to inquire and manage the data information. Through the analysis of the data integration mechanisms of IFC model and the mapping rules of EXPRESS data types, as well as the exchange technologies of IFC neutral files, the principles of standard data access interface and the data features of engineering design model, a database application system of engineering model, which based on the CFG Graphic platform of PKPM software, was designed and developed. A gymnasium project, which locates at Beijing, was used as the case study. The IFC format model of the gymnasium was read, and the main functions of the application system such as read, query, create, and two-dimensional display were applied respectively. The results show that the system can help designers to improve the daily maintenance and management operation of the IFC format data of engineering design model.

In the process of architectural modeling and decoration designing, it needs different softwares to finish 3D modeling, effect drawing, animation, the material statistics and the 2D drawing; It is a real difficult problem to combine the several different simulation procedures in only one system. This article does some research on computer aided system of decoration, discourses the current application situation of the decoration software, discusses the basic system simulation theory, introduces the frame about computer aided system of decoration, and describes several important technology measures. At last, it validates the validity of this simulation system using the real applications. The system successfully integrates several functions including 3D modeling, drawing, animation, mixing scene, sticking picture, which satisfied the needs of designers. The utilization of Building information modeling in domestic construction enterprises has just started, so the relevant using experience was lack. Taking Tennis Court of GuangXi Sports Centre as example, this paper summarized the application experience of setting up BIM model by Autodesk Revit software. By contrasting the frequently-used software and Revit 2011, the disadvantage of Revit 2011 was pointed out, and the application direction of BIM (building information modeling) in construction enterprises was demonstrated.

In the past decades, information technology was more and more popular in architecture design and lots of excellent works were displayed. However, as digital design applications, the BIM integrated management system is still difficult to promote large-scale in China. Compared with the developed countries, the gap will be enlarged. In order to identify problems and solve this difficulty, this article analyzed Chinese architectural design, summarize the current popular BIM platform and laid the foundation for institutes to promote BIM technology and localization in China.

This paper mainly introduces the application process of BIM technology in construction stage of project Jiuzhou Gardern 2.1.2 stage, Which improved the fining management level effectively through create and update BIM models, whole process material control, 3D collision, virtual construction guidance etc, .
