Building performance such as visual quality, sunlight, wind, thermal and acoustic environment are decided at very beginning phase of construction projects. Most projects don't have enough time and cost to fulfill analysis of multiple design plans since lack of proper technology tools. BIM provides the possibilities to make these happen.
