Abstract:
Shanghai Xiandai Engineering and Consultant Co.Ltd(AE & C) designed the Germany pavilion and Austria pavilion with BIM technology in 2009 Expo.The company regards these projects as an opportunity, and begin promoting BIM concept and technical application in engineering.At present, the company has been using BIM technology in design, project management consulting, construction and so on, and has gained many achievements. The application of BIM in the lifecycle is helping the company deepen Design-Construction Integration.

Abstract:
Since the 1980s, CAD technology has brought the revolution of building design in construction industry.Recently BIM technology is leading another revolution in the building industry.In view of the application of BIM technology, this article briefs the situation of BIM research in domestic and overseas, and describes the construction of the building information platform based on BIM technology.Finally, this paper points out that the core of BIM technology is sharing and exchange of building information.Through the construction of the building information platform, the information models that are stored in BIM database with graphical user interface can be utilized for planning, design, construction and maintenance by all professionals.Then the collaborative work among domains and departments in construction industry can be realized with BIM technology.

Abstract:
In the steel structure stress monitoring process, the temperature plays a significant role on stress monitoring results.In order to get the real load stress of steel structure, the real-time measurement data were decomposed and reconstructed by using the wavelet multi-resolution analysis method.Firstly, it eliminated the noise signal.Then, it analyzed correlation between the temperature data and the stress data in each decomposition level.Finally, the temperature-stress part.Was removed were removed the results showed that the processed stress data by using the wavelet multi-resolution analysis can reflect the true load stress response of steel structure more accurately.

In construction industry, bidding systems are built locally.To bid in different area, duplicate data was produced from the same parties.There are large duplicate data which was stored across local building systems. Data redundancy and different copy of same data in those systems cause data sharing and credit monitoring is impossible at the country scope.This paper classified and summarized the data type of bidding data from Master Data Management view.Referencing information system building in related area, a data sharing solution based on service oriented architecture that implementing master data management and data delivering was proposed.

Abstract:
It is true that the widely using of plane-method construction drawing has largely improved the productivity of construction industry. With BIM maturing and expanding in china, 3D design and visualization have been the inevitable trend. The new technology based on BIM has changed the traditional design model. The dependence between mark symbols and dates in the plane method disagree with building's representation and collative design. To make it more suitable to the BIM's development, an improvement called informatization which link the information represented by mark symbols with graphic entities and embed them into BIM model needs to be introduced into current plane method. To achieve this goal, the China BIM Standards also should be modified.

According to the fact that it is difficult to build contact element in FLAC3D of complicated models, a new model-building method of contact element named"model plane first then contact plane"is discussed. This method is suitable for the whole process numerical simulation of civil engineering. It is used in a actual simulation analysis of engineering and is proved to be effective and practical. This building method has a reference value for FLAC3D modeling of contact element in the future.

As a new technology, long-term strain monitoring system of Large concrete structures has been applied to the management and maintenance of concrete structures in recent year.It has an important project value, wireless vibrating wire sensors have a strong anti-jamming, high precision, transmission distance and other characteristics, widely used in the vibration of massive concrete structures, stress and other dynamic physical monitoring. This paper discusses the wireless strain measurement system and the working principle of wireless vibrating wire sensors, designed the excitation of vibrating wire sensors circuit and the internal excitation frequency measurement circuits, and wireless communication module, then analyzed the characteristics of wireless vibrating wire sensors. Through the practical application, it shew that the designed wireless vibrating wire sensors with good performance.
