Through the existing Green BIM technology in the building life cycle analysis, including the Green BIM in the planning and site selection, site analysis, architectural design, building construction, operation and maintenance, refurbishment of the five process, the author believed that Green BIM in the domestic construction sector has great potential for development and space.The paper summed up the five-point Green BIM in the future domestic application process should pay attention to the problem.
