Application of Building Information Modeling in the University's Engineering Specialty Teaching

摘要: 建筑信息模型BIM技术是建筑业的二次革命, 高校相关专业应该顺应趋势, 积极探索将BIM技术融入专业教学的各种可行途径。现从BIM技术在高校教学中的现状分析入手, 分析BIM技术可能融入教学的各种形式, 进而结合BIM技术人才能力的构成来分析工程管理专业和工程造价专业人才培养计划的具体改革方案, 为相关院校的BIM技术人才培养提供参考。

Abstract: Building information modeling(BIM) technology is a revolution in the construction field.The relative specialty in the university should be added BIM knowledge in the undergraduate teaching.So Current situation of BIM teaching in the universities will be introduced, the form of BIM application ability will be analyzed, the possible approaching will be proposed, the BIM teaching resolutions for the cost engineering specialty and engineering management specialty will be worked out.
