Abstract: As a kind of information technology, BIM technology has been applied and promoted along with the modernization of China′s construction industry. The new library project of Central University of Finance and Economics has used BIM technology according to the actual project conditions and selected technology, quality, production, cost, management information system and so on as the points of application. Through specific situation analysis, this article summarizes the integrated application of BIM technology in construction process, as well as experiences and achievements, and explores the practical application value of BIM technology for construction enterprises in project management.
