Abstract: Integrating BIM(building information model) technology with facilities management(FM) concept, this article uses BIM + FM project management cloud platform as a carrier in the whole process of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the enterprise headquarters construction project, which enables the owners to fully enjoy the accomplishments of BIM and reflects the role of BIM in project life cycle application and digital delivery.
