Abstract: This paper is an overview of the general development of home-decoration design industry, which analyses the issues existed in the home-decoration design industry, and predicts that the future trend of home-decoration design industry shall be on its fast-way towards the standardization, intelligent visualization, cooperation, individualization and internet. According to the development trend of home decoration design industry, this paper presents the process of home-decoration based on BIM technology. This paper could be an important reference in the future development of home-decoration design industry.
